7th Annual General Meeting held: Outcomes

Lanco Global Systems Ltd has informed that the members at the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 29, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date, the Reports of the Directors and Auditors

Re-appointment of Shri. G Bhaskara Rao and Dr. Prasada Rao VDM Ravella as Directors of the Company

Appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and condition
